We look at the room, talk through your ideas and the layout, and give you a clear, free quote.

Strip & First Fix

The old suite comes out and we run new pipework and waste ready for tiling and finishing.

Fit the Suite

Once the walls and floor are ready, we fit the bath, shower, toilet, basin and taps.

Test & Finish

We test everything, check for leaks and leave the room clean and working.

If you need tiling, decorating or electrical work as part of the refit, we can work around the other trades you are using, so the job runs smoothly.

Planning Your New Bathroom

Layout and pipework

Keeping the toilet, bath and basin where they are is usually the most cost-effective option because it avoids major changes to pipework and waste. Moving things is possible, but it depends on the floor, the waste route and the room. We will tell you honestly what is practical.

Shower choices

The type of shower depends on your water system. Combi boilers give mains-pressure hot water, while systems with a cylinder may need a different shower. We will check what suits your system before you buy anything.

Heating the room

A heated towel rail or radiator keeps the room warm and dries towels. We can fit these as part of the job. See our radiator installation page for more.

Buying the suite

You are welcome to supply your own bathroom suite, or ask us for advice on what to look for. We will check fittings suit your plumbing before we start.

How long does a bathroom installation take?

It depends on the size of the room and how much work is involved. A straightforward refit can take several days, while a full renovation with tiling and other trades takes longer. We will give you a realistic timescale.

Can you fit a bathroom I have bought myself?

Yes. You can supply your own suite and fittings, and we can advise on what suits your plumbing before you buy.

Do you do the tiling and electrics?

We look after the plumbing. If you need tiling, decorating or electrical work, we can work around the other trades you use.

Can you move my toilet or bath to a new position?

Often, yes, but it depends on the waste route and the floor. We will assess it when we quote.

Will I be without a bathroom?

During the main work, yes. We plan the job to keep that period as short as we can and let you know in advance.

Do you give free quotes?
