- Keep electrics away from water. Only switch things off at the consumer unit if it is dry and safe to reach. If water is near sockets or light fittings, stay clear and call for help.
- Catch and contain the water with buckets and towels, and move valuables out of the way.
- Take photos for your insurance, then call us.
